ABBOT is a programmable intelligent assistant created to help team service teams. It integrates with popular systems for servicing applications and can be trained on the basis of customer documentation. He monitors talks in support channels and automatically provides their summaries and suggests subsequent steps. ABBOT also offers activity panels and inspts, and also enables automation from Slack.
